3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate where required for delivery, and use our services in a lawful and reasonable way.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be set out in a proposal, agreement, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid on time and in full.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MCR AI retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, and tooling. Ownership of project deliverables will be governed by the relevant client agreement.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCR AI will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in relation to any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant services giving rise to that claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services where fees remain unpaid, where these terms are breached, or where continuation of services is not reasonably possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
